Obviously the New Yorker hasn't fired its top talent like the LA Times and the WSJ. At least there's still something to read in the USA worth reading. That was a great cover showing how easy it is to brainwash Republicans....Rove will use the politics of fear to get McCain elected and it will work on many Americans that cover brillantly illustrated propaganda in America.
As for Palin, anyone who takes photo ops with someone guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity is really stupid, even Bush II avoided being seen with Kissinger before his election, of course Palin is only a Hockey Mom probably isn't even aware of who Kissinger really is.
Can you really compare being portrayed as a terrorist to being portrayed as a ditz?
Does intent mean anything? The New Yorker is friendly to Obama. It was trying to illustrate the misleading statements about him. The Daily Post is not Palin friendly. The left wing media is trying to portray Palin as dumb, just as it has done to Bush, Quayle and Reagan.
It wasn't the media that made Bush and Quayle look dumb.
