Media Bias - Saturday Night LIve

9/20: Once again there were jokes about McCain being old, out-of-touch, and false campaign ads. Then there was the skit about inane New York Times reporters with a tasteless "unproven, yet un-disproven incest in the Palin family" comment. I guess they can't figure out how to make a joke about Obama or Biden.

Guess Republicians don't have a sense of humor. If the jokes had been about Obama or Biden would you still being saying "bias" or laughing? Is it only bias if it's about McCain or Palin?

Well, last week's opening was very funny, even though they betrayed Palin as both stupid and a sex kitten. (But I guess all Republicans are stupid to the left.) But it was half-way balanced by the portrayal of Hillary. Previous seasons of SNL have been wicked to both sides. I have yet to see a negative betrayal of Obama and I doubt I will. The negative ad campaign skit could easily have been done with Obama.

Well there are several Saturdays left before the election so I'll reserve judgement on whether or not they are biased. And I have NEVER used the word "stupid" in ANY of my posts!!!!!

Never said you did. But Bush was betrayed as a dunce. Quayle, Reagan were both mocked as stupid or senile. And Ford as a klutz, someone who couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time.

Its hard to make jokes about people who are smart, competent and moral, like Obama and Biden...its easy to make fun of people who force hunger and disease on third world children for oil.
