Ted Stevens Watch

Found guilty on all counts. In a close race, he will probably lose. Expect a 60-seat majority in the Senate for Democrats now.

He has been asked to resign.

Not so sure he will lose, remember Alaskans elected him in the first place and they also elected Palin, apparently crime and incompetence don't matter to the Alaskan electorate since they're so resource rich, they can waste and waste and still be fat and happy, just throw them a bridge or pipeline now and then and you'll get their vote. Apparently you can get Pizza delivered by helicopter talk about corporate tax revenues put to good use!

Update:

"A juror who vanished during Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens' corruption trial told the judge Monday she lied about her father dying and flew to California to see horse races."
