All media is by nature biased, media controlled by the corporations, CNN, NBC, CBS... is biased towards the rich and large corporations, independent media like Democracy Now is biased towards small business, the lower classes and the oppressed. Media controlled by fascists is biased towards fascism like Fox news, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly and similar...All media is biased however it used to be the FCC imposed that all media be at least factual with the "Fairness doctrine", this was one of the first things the Reagan administration did away with. Today Fox can lie outright and get away with it, so can any other media left or right. Now we have to trust the media to be factual ... personally I trust a media that is supported directly by contributions from the people to be more factual and give me more information relative to protecting my rights than a media controlled by corporate interests with an agenda in its interests and not necessarily in the people's interests .
