Democrats Pass the Buck on the Auto Industry

Democrats ask auto industry leaders to come back with a plan by December 2. Congress may come back into session December 8 if they like the plan.

I don't see how you can consider this "passing the buck". It sounds like a reasonable idea to have a plan.

I guess I do not consider waiting for someone else do to something a plan. They tried to get the Bush adminstration to use some of the $750 Billion bailout money, but they rufused to do so. So now the Democrats delay taking any action in Congress.

I'm talking about them wanting the automakers to have a plan. Not for them to just hand over the money and have the company big wigs go to a "spa" or "resort". And the guy I saw on CNN talking about why this was beening done this way happened to be a Republican.
