Do you have proof? Was this news reported on any serious news outlets like Democracy Now?...usually what Fox reports the opposite is true...
UPDATE: A former official says the contract was cancelled. "Because it was awarded improperly, the referenced contract was cancelled two days ago." Have queried USAID to confirm if that is the case.

Nothing like a little sunshine.
As I said usually what Fox says the opposite is true
Remember when Fox said War is Peace, we are killing Iraqis in order to save them
As I said usually what Fox says the opposite is true - that is just an ignorant statement.
If you really believed that to be true, you could make money by pointing out all the untrue statements on Fox.
Other people do that all the time, many websites out there doing exactly that and yet they don't seem to be making money out of it , how can you make money out of knowing FOX lies all the time?
Media Matters tries to make money, but they fail because they distort the truth.
You make money through advertisement. If you truly could find lies by Fox then the left would flock to your site.
The other sites fail because, like you, they can't stand that Fox gives a non-liberal point of view and in their angry they degenerate into writing distortions and slander.
Fox gives propaganda apparently some people prefer propaganda to the truth
