Taking Lessons from Hugo Chavez

It appears the Obama administration has taken a page out of Chavez's playbook by demonizing Fox News and Chamber of Commerce.

Check out this stunt on the chamber of commerce by the Yes Men...really great too bad us they aren't really in charge, they'd probably do a better job.

I saw it on Fox.

You saw Fox getting fooled by the Yes Men too, just like the Chamber, that is what you saw. Just like all the other corporate networks only Democracy Now knew the truth and reported the truth and got a Yes man on their show to explain the stunt.

What I saw on Fox was that the AP issued a statement relaying what the hoax group said, being incredulous and trying to reach the Chamber of Commerce for a statement, and then confirming it was hoax.

The reality is the Yes Men duped Fox, which is easy to do since Fox doesn't fact check anything, Fox is not news but right wing brainwashing mixed with entertainment for the ignorant masses.

"within minutes it was being reported on the websites of outlets including the New York Times and Washington Post. "

So they get an alert from AP and go with and then within minutes say it was hoax. That is live news. That doesn't really say anything more than it does about the Post and Times.
