Cuban Health Care: A different View

Again Joe you are being brainwashed and you don't even know it, sure Cuba has run down dilapidated hospitals and lack many medicines ( but not aspirin, though they do lack envelopes) and they really lack much medical equipment but that is mostly due to the American blockade of Cuba, yet it is true, like Moore states in his film that for poor people the system in Cuba is superior to the system in the USA, at least in Cuba if you are poor you can see a competent doctor any time you want and free of charge you can't in the USA. Though Cuba lacks World quality hospitals they do have a few so if you are seriously sick you can get treatment but you might have to travel relatively long distances though Cuba is small geographically, but this lack of first rate hospitals is mostly due to the blockade. Once the blockade is lifted the quality of care in Cuba will ameliorate significantly, as will the economy in general, despite its communism which is of course also hindering progress, but the blockade does far more damage in Cuba's case than communism, though I agree communism isn't the best system.

Yet these Fox videos are propaganda because they don't talk about other socialist health systems like in Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Denmark, Iceland, Norway etc...there are many socialist health systems that work just fine and cost little to the patient, Cuba's system works really well considering the blockade, it's amazing it works as well as it does, since Americans block so much coming into and going out of Cuba.
